Partner Reviews

Kind Word from Our Trusted Partners

"Lost & Found was truly a godsend. Heather and her team came into our lives during a time of deep uncertainty and fear as our program faced a major crossroads. From the first conversation, I knew they were different. My partner and I took a leap of faith and began working with them, and it changed everything. Since connecting with Lost & Found, new opportunities and clarity have opened up for our program. They understand the weight and responsibility of nonprofit work, especially in the recovery community. I truly believe our program may have had to close its doors without their support. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the care and heart you bring to this work."

"Lost and Found has been an absolute lifesaver for our Sober Living company. Before working with Heather and her team, we experienced extreme difficulties billing for our services, often waiting months for payment, if we received it at all. As soon as we moved over, we saw immediate transparency, expertise in the Medicaid process, and a dedicated team ready to help us navigate it all. They truly remove all difficulty from the process, allowing providers to do what we do best: serve our clients. Huge thanks to Heather and her team for saving us in our time of need and being there with us every step of the way since!
